Amani House is part of the Emu Bay Holiday Homes complex and with it's elevated position at the top of the property provides expansive views over Emu Bay and surrounding farm lands. Large sliding doors opens up from the living area for you to enjoy the breathtaking views over Emu Bay, the beautiful gardens and bird bath which attracts a wide variety of bird life. Amani which means peace, will allow you to find peace and really relax in this quiet and private property.

Amani House is a large fully self contained house with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms which are equipped as follows:
Main bedroom: queen size bed with shared en-suite with bedroom 2.
Second bedroom: queen size bed with shared en-suite with main bedroom. Bedroom and en-suite is suitable for access by wheelchair and persons with decreased mobility. En-suite can be locked to serve one bedroom only.
Third bedroom: double bed and a bunk bed.
Bathroom: 3 way bathroom with shower/bath/basin, separate toilet and separate vanity.
TV Lounge: Sleeper couch makes up to queen bed. Has sliding doors to separate from lounge for privacy.
Large kitchen with big oven and dishwasher.
Large lounge area and 10 seat dining table.
Outside seating on patio.
Undercover BBQ.

Enjoy watching the sun rise in the morning and the changing of the colours on the sea and cliffs as the sun sets behind you. Emu Bay is a fantastic beach for people with access needs as you can drive your vehicle on to the beach. It offers safe swimming in the crystal clear water and is a hard level beach - perfect for your morning walk.
