Description

Amani House is part of the Emu Bay Holiday Homes complex. With it's elevated position at the top of the property it provides expansive views over Emu Bay and surrounding farm lands. Large sliding doors opens up from the living area for you to enjoy the breathtaking views, the beautiful gardens and bird bath which attracts a wide variety of bird life. Amani which means peace, will allow you to find peace and really relax in this quiet and private property.

Bayview Apartment is attached to Amani House and can be rented separate or together to make a bigger house of Amani with interleading doors.

Amani House is a large fully self contained house with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms which are equipped as follows:
Main bedroom: queen size bed with shared en-suite with bedroom 2.
Second bedroom: queen size bed with shared en-suite with main bedroom. Bedroom and en-suite is suitable for access by wheelchair and persons with decreased mobility. En-suite can be locked to serve one bedroom only.
Third bedroom: double bed and a bunk bed.
Bathroom: 3 way bathroom with shower/bath/basin, separate toilet and separate vanity.
TV Lounge: Sleeper couch makes up to queen bed. Has sliding doors to separate from lounge for privacy.
Large kitchen with big oven and dishwasher.
Large lounge area and 10 seat dining table.
Outside seating on patio.
Undercover BBQ.

Enjoy watching the sun rise in the morning and the changing of the colours on the sea and cliffs as the sun sets behind you. Emu Bay is a fantastic beach for people with access needs as you can drive your vehicle on to the beach. It offers safe swimming in the crystal clear water and is a hard level beach - perfect for your morning walk.

Exceeded our high expectations!

A wonderful experience that exceeded all expectations. The cabin has everything one needs. The surroundings are very beautiful and kangaroos, koalas and the birds come to visit often. Just when we thought it was as good as it can be, we realized there was more! Incredible starry skies and a lot of shooting stars. Wishing we could have stayed for more than 9 days.

We stayed in the Bayview Guest wing, perfect for the two of us, for our seven night stay. Although it is attached to Amani House, (so it can be hired as part of Amani too), it is very well sound proofed and we chatted to our neighbours at times but felt undisturbed by their presence. Fantastic views of the superb Emu Bay, surrounded by wildlife and we were made very welcome by Rene and Johannes. The lovely Rene visited us to make sure we had whatever we needed and she is very knowledgeable about KI and can answer any questions you might have. Everything we needed was supplied, including a welcome gift of a bottle of False Cape red wine, local honey and KI oats and the apartment was beautifully clean. An easy walk to the beautiful beach, friendly locals and a fifteen minute drive to Kingscote for a meal at the pub, or the local Italian.
